At a glance

One partner across the whole stack.

IT problems live in the gaps between suppliers. We close them by designing, installing and then running the environment ourselves.

  • Take one domain, or combine them into a single programme
  • One contract, one SLA, one escalation path
  • Same standard at head office and at branch sites

Six solution domains

Grouped the way engineers build it.

Each domain covers design, supply, installation and ongoing support — not just the hardware.

Domain 01 Server racks with structured fibre and copper cabling inside a data centre

IT Infrastructure & Data Center

The compute, storage and facility layer your applications run on.

  • IT Infrastructure Solutions
  • Data Center Solutions
  • Server & Storage Solutions
  • Virtualization
Domain 02 Numbered network patch panel with copper patch leads connected to switch ports

Enterprise Networking & Connectivity

Wired and wireless that stays predictable as you add sites and users.

  • Enterprise Networking
  • SD-WAN Solutions
  • Wi-Fi Solutions
  • Structured Cabling

Cameras and door control, run as part of the IT estate.

  • CCTV & Surveillance
  • Access Control
  • IP cameras, NVR & recording
  • Biometric & card controllers

How it fits together

The solution stack.

Read it bottom-up. Security runs through every layer; managed services sit underneath all of it.

  • IMAC

Applications & cloudLayer 04

  • Public cloud

Underneath all of it: 24x7 managed services NOC monitoring, helpdesk, preventive maintenance, AMC and IMAC — on one SLA.

How we deliver

Site survey to steady-state support.

Same sequence for one branch or a multi-city rollout.

Phase 01

Assess

Site survey and audit of what is failing, ageing or out of support.

Findings report
Phase 02

Design

Architecture and bill of materials, before anything is ordered.

Design & BoM
Phase 03

Procure

Multi-OEM sourcing, with warranty and lead times confirmed up front.

Confirmed delivery
Phase 04

Deploy

Installation, configuration and testing by our own engineers.

Signed handover
Phase 05

Operate

Monitoring, helpdesk and maintenance under an AMC or managed contract.

Ongoing SLA

What you are left holding

Documentation, not tribal knowledge.

Every deployment closes with as-builts, inventory, credentials and a support matrix — so another partner could pick it up tomorrow.

  • As-built network & rack diagrams
  • Asset, licence and warranty register
  • Escalation matrix with response windows

Delivery capability

Who shows up, and how fast.

Designing a solution is the easy half. These four numbers decide whether it actually lands on time at every site you run.

8,500+

Field engineers

On the ground in metro, Tier 1, Tier 2 and remote locations.

24x7

NOC & helpdesk

Monitoring and first response running around the clock.

Why route it through us

Vendor-neutral by design.

We partner with the major OEMs so we are not obliged to recommend any one of them.

01

One point of accountability

Design, supply and support sit with the same team.

02

Multi-OEM independence

Freedom to specify whatever actually suits the site.

03

PAN India field coverage

Every site behind the same response standard.

04

Documented handover

Diagrams and inventories as standard, not a paid extra.

Common questions

Before you send the enquiry.

Can we take one solution instead of the whole stack?

Yes. A cabling project, a firewall refresh or a backup rebuild are all normal standalone engagements. The stack view is there to show how a piece fits alongside what you already run — not to force a bundle.

Do you work with the hardware we already own?

Usually, yes. We support multi-vendor estates and reuse anything still under warranty and fit for the workload. Where we recommend replacing something, the findings report says why.

How does support work after handover?

Deployments can move onto a comprehensive or non-comprehensive AMC, a managed services contract, or break-fix. Each defines response windows by severity and the escalation path.

Can you deliver the same standard at smaller sites?

That is what the field engineer network is for. Branch sites follow the same design standards and the same SLA as head office — the difference is travel time, not quality.

What does a first engagement look like?

A conversation about the problem, then a site survey where it matters. You get a findings report and an indicative design before any commercial commitment.

Tell us the problem. We will scope the solution.

Send the symptom, the site count and the timeline. You get a proposal with a bill of materials — not a brochure.
