WARRANTY POLICY
Warranty Policy
Contents
At ExosysNetworks Services Pvt. Ltd. (“ExosysNetworks”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we supply IT products, infrastructure equipment, software, networking products and technology solutions from multiple OEMs, authorized distributors and supply partners.
This Warranty Policy explains how warranty support is generally handled for products purchased through ExosysNetworks.
Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, the warranty applicable to a product is the manufacturer/OEM warranty provided with that product. ExosysNetworks may facilitate and coordinate warranty support but does not independently replace, extend or modify an OEM warranty unless a separate ExosysNetworks warranty or service commitment has been expressly provided in writing.
This Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Cancellation Policy, Refund / Return Policy, applicable quotation, Purchase Order (“PO”), invoice, AMC/FMS agreement, Statement of Work (“SOW”) and other applicable commercial documents.

Generally covers technical services and labour, while spare parts may be charged separately.
Exact AMC coverage will be defined in the applicable agreement.
26. EXOSYSNETWORKS SERVICE WARRANTY
Where ExosysNetworks performs paid installation, configuration, repair or professional services, any workmanship/service warranty will be limited to the terms expressly stated in the quotation, SOW or service agreement.

34. WARRANTY & PRODUCT REPLACEMENT ARE DIFFERENT FROM RETURNS
Warranty claims should not be treated as general product returns.
A correctly supplied product that develops a covered technical defect will generally be handled through:
OEM Warranty → Technical Diagnosis → Repair / RMA / Replacement
rather than through a standard commercial return/refund process.
35. PROOF OF PURCHASE
Customers should retain the ExosysNetworks invoice or other valid proof of purchase.
The OEM or service centre may require proof of purchase to verify warranty entitlement.
